A very colorful Santa with blue eyes and large toy bag, beautifully detailed throughout and accented with white, gold and silver. He is extremely dimensional and solid being almost 8 inches in diameter. This Russian Santa is hand carved from solid linden, also known as either basswood or lime in various parts of the world. Once carved and sanded the Santa is hand painted and finished in extraordinary detail with numerous coats and finally signed by the artist.
